TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. All members must carry their original CNIC during the trip as per TRIPSSET regulations.
2. Members must arrive at the designated departure point at least 30 minutes before departure.
3. 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking, with the remaining amount due 24 hours before departure.
4. Each member is allowed 10 Kg cargo (1 bag) and is responsible for transporting their own luggage.

6. Failure to adhere to ethical behavior may result in the cancellation of the member’s membership by the company.

8. The company bears no responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings or valuable items.
9. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the departure date.
10. While every reasonable measure will be taken to safeguard the safety and welfare of all participants, it is acknowledged that each venture may carry inherent risks, including unforeseen natural disasters such as avalanches and crevasse falls, or other accidents. In the event of any such accident occurring during the tour, neither the company, the group leader, nor the tour organizers will be liable in any manner.
11. During adventurous treks, unforeseeable circumstances such as weather conditions, local politics, or transport issues may necessitate itinerary changes. While significant alterations are rare, the Leader and Guide will determine the most suitable alternative in the group’s best interests.
12. The company reserves the right to cancel bookings at any given time.
13. Personal weapons and narcotics are strictly prohibited. If found at any time, the tour will be immediately cancelled without any refund.
